Tuition and Fees

At Wesley College Preparatory School, we believe that providing an excellent education where each child can grow and become their best selves should be affordable to all.  Keeping this in mind, we set our tuition and fees within reach for most families.

Application Fee: $100(only paid once)
Registration Fee: $255 Per Year(being waived for the 2021-2022 School Year)
Tuition: $7000 Per Year
Wire Transfer Fee: $15 per transaction
Books:

Varies depending upon courses, what materials are available, and where a family purchases items.  Most teachers try to use free or lost cost materials if the school does not already have the books.

Uniforms:

Varies depending upon courses, what materials are available, and where a family purchases items.  Most teachers try to use free or lost cost materials if the school does not already have the books.

School Supplies:

Varies depending upon courses taken and where families purchase supplies.  Teachers try to limit the number of supplies needed to the bare essentials (i.e., binders, notebooks, paper, pens, highlighter, etc.).

In addition to the above fees and tuition, families that chose to have their families participate in special programs, clubs, sports, field trips, camps, dances, or other events are responsible for the costs of those activities.  We try to keep those experiences as low as possible.

Please note that international students have a different fee schedule, and additional items such as housing costs, transportation costs, meals, support services.  Please contact the international admissions team for more information.

Scholarships & Tuition Assistance

Even though at Wesley College Preparatory School, we set our tuition and fees low, it still may be out of reach for some families.  We provide opportunities for students who will add value to our community through academics, service, leadership, and other ways to partake in our scholarship and tuition assistance programs.  These include a number of full-ride and partial scholarships or tuition discounts.  We consider things such as a family’s service in the military, health care, education, and the ministry; a student’s volunteer experience and continued active service; a student’s participation in community programs; a student’s participation in sports, art, music, or theater; and a student’s academic record.  Please speak with our admissions team today if you want to be part of the Wesley Prep community but feel that finances are a concern.
